About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage day-to-day operations of a team of junior to senior software developers and product managers
Develop and execute projects aligned to organization objectives; actively manage project milestones and report status to leadership teams
Shape and influence technical roadmaps and architectures in partnership with CAD/CAM technical leads
Partner with external software vendors to ensure timely delivery of software solutions
Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships across Engineering and IDT&S
Responsible for production stability and predictability

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least one year of experience in a leadership role
Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics)
5+ years of experience in information technology or technical support
Experience developing and delivering engineering and/or manufacturing software solutions
Experience with Dassault Systemes CATIA and ENOVIA products
Experience with full lifecycle software development using C++, C#, Python, or other object-oriented languages
Experience with AWS cloud implementations and application migrations
Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
Experience in Agile methodology
