About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- lead assigned team to provide cybersecurity risk management services
- foster individual development, teamwork, and effective performance
- support efforts to obtain/maintain Authority to Operate (ATO)
- develop and execute project/process plans and implement policies
- acquire resources for projects and provide technical management
- develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
- provide oversight and approval of technical approaches and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- at least one year of experience in a leadership role
- have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership"
- successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5)
- ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP)
- 5+ years of experience working with cybersecurity policies and implementation of Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- experience in conflict resolution and/or mediation
