About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities
- Ensure designs are production-ready and remove barriers to successful product ramp
- Review work products and provide Manufacturing and Quality input to design and test artifacts
- Assess and resolve product and process issues throughout the product lifecycle
- Coordinate sustaining activities and escalation with Product Support and Repair Centers
- Capture, formalize, and promote lessons learned and DFM/DFT standards across AvionX
- Develop and implement product and process improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 10+ years experience in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- 10+ years of experience working with Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design
- Experience with design concepts and techniques such as concurrent engineering and Design for Manufacture/Assembly [DFM/A]
