About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide HR consultation with leadership on workforce strategies aligned to organizational objectives and advise management on a variety of HR matters
- Provide consultation and coaching to employees at all levels (executive, management, and non-management) on HR practices, policy and processes
- Partners with Labor Relations, Legal, and/or Corporate Investigations on workforce matters
- Provide analysis and recommendations to maintain high levels of engagement and inclusion across organizational boundaries
- Facilitate action planning and follow-through with partners
- Enable organizational health by facilitating actions with the business and HR Communities Of Excellence (CoE) teammates
- Implement HR actions inclusive of performance management, compensation, workforce planning, talent management, and other HR processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
- 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
- 5+ years of experience working with leadership in unionized workforces
- 5+ years of experience resolving employee relations matters and conducting sensitive or difficult conversations
