About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work collaboratively with our Safety & Quality Plan team to lead the development, implementation, and improvement of the management system
- Assists in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and to develop and implement solutions that meet the needs of the organization
- Collects, organizes and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments and compliance
- Leads the development of organizational metrics and Key Performance Indicators for the Safety & Quality Plan organization
- Improve organizational integration and visibility through a robust communication plan and integration with internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with executives, senior managers, and program liaisons to shape and compile critical supplier, program, customer, and leadership presentations or messaging
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in project or program management
- 5+ developing executive presentations and presenting to senior executives
- Experience performing in a business operations, program management, engineering, supply chain, scheduling, change management, strategy, business support services, or project management role
