Leads all stages of Boeing’s executive hiring processes including leadership of intake meetings, recruitment strategy, research, sourcing, and attraction of targeted talent
Develops and maintains external relationships for external pipeline candidates while guiding candidate development, interview processes, assessment, and selection
Works collaboratively on offer formulation, negotiation, and onboarding
Maintains executive candidate relationships beyond the search and continuously expands the company’s external network

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in recruiting talent (sourcing, screening, and closing both internal and external candidates)
3+ years of experience in executive recruiting
3+ years of experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
3+ years of experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools including LinkedIn and professional networks, Boolean searches, and other social media tools
