Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team of professional investigators responsible for conducting investigations enterprise wide.
Build a team, develop talent, identify and mitigate risks, partner with stakeholders, and provide guidance on investigations.
Manage employees who conduct employee misconduct investigations into workplace related matters.
Develop and implement integrated departmental and organization strategies and plans.
Acquire resources for department activities and lead process improvements.
Develop and manage relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Handle sensitive and/or potentially offensive materials as part of investigative work.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or higher
5+ years of experience working in an investigative capacity or related role
3+ years of experience leading investigative teams
10+ years of experience working in an investigative capacity or related role (preferred)
5+ years of experience leading investigative teams and/or leading initiatives (preferred)
5+ years of experience demonstrating an understanding of, and investigating EEO related allegations (preferred)
Advanced degree (MBA, JD, etc.) (preferred)
Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) Certification, and/or other ethics and compliance certification (preferred)
