About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team responsible for facilities planning, project administration, property administration, etc.
- Define project and process plans, set operational goals, and implement policies
- Provide technical oversight and approval for approaches, deliverables, and vendor work
- Acquire and allocate resources, manage budgets and schedules, and drive process improvements
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with site customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners
- Own team performance metrics and reporting; lead continuous improvement and risk mitigation activities
- Domestic travel up to 10%
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
- 5+ years of experience in Project or Construction management
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in an engineering or science related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience managing or leading people or teams
- Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project (or equivalent), and PowerPoint
- Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills
- Experience with Long Range Business Plans (LRBP), real estate project management, and space planning
