Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team responsible for facilities planning, project administration, property administration, etc.
Define project and process plans, set operational goals, and implement policies
Provide technical oversight and approval for approaches, deliverables, and vendor work
Acquire and allocate resources, manage budgets and schedules, and drive process improvements
Build and maintain strong partnerships with site customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners
Own team performance metrics and reporting; lead continuous improvement and risk mitigation activities
Domestic travel up to 10%

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, etc.)
5+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
5+ years of experience in Project or Construction management
Bachelor's Degree or higher in an engineering or science related field preferred
3+ years of experience managing or leading people or teams
Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project (or equivalent), and PowerPoint
Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills
Experience with Long Range Business Plans (LRBP), real estate project management, and space planning
