About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead retirement strategy for Boeing union-represented populations
- Partner with business partners, Labor Relations, Finance, Legal, and Operations to support union negotiations, bargaining strategy, and retirement-related policy matters
- Analyze retirement plan provisions, benefit questions, and negotiating positions to develop recommendations that support Boeing objectives
- Develop, implement, and manage onsite support frameworks that increase employee and HR knowledge of financial well-being topics
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience with employee benefits, doing strategic Human Resources work in another function or as an HR business partner
- 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- 5+ years of experience working for a large employer with both union and non-union populations
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
