About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a strategic partner to Government Services leaders to improve organizational efficiency and operational excellence via systems, tools, and processes
- Lead integration of programs, strategies, processes, and metrics to enable business objectives and measure progress
- Drive innovative ways of working that engage a globally distributed workforce
- Identify and lead special projects and major process improvement efforts to increase affordability and efficiency
- Prepare executive briefings and lead responses to senior leadership data calls
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of people management experience
- 7+ years applying Program Management Best Practices or in roles requiring strong project/program management skills
- Experience leading through influence with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
- Experience working with geographically distributed workforces
- Experience building, developing, and promoting talent while championing new ways of working aligned to Boeing values
