About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and inspire employees on the Customer Support and Regional Support Specialist teams
- Serve as part of the Customer Relations leadership team to strategize group objectives
- Leverage Boeing’s complexity to eliminate cross-functional overlap
- Develop and sustain relationships with organizations providing support
- Partner with leadership for onsite support during customer engagements
- Remove roadblocks affecting task completion for team members
- Review project execution plans, making adjustments as necessary
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Minimum of one year of leadership experience
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time (domestic and international)
