About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develops strong relationships with program team and supporting functions across organizational boundaries
- Responsible for overseeing and driving execution of all key Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)
- Leads development of project plans, deliverables and directs all project phases
- Champion development excellence principles and knowledge-first execution approaches across IPTs and program
- Supports program baseline management and lead Enterprise Standard Gated Process (ESGP)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience with the implementation and use of Program Management Best Practices
- Led a team who executed government required Earned Value Management (EVM)
- 5+ years of experience managing complex development projects from inception thru fielding / sustainment transition
- 5+ years of experience in collaborating and integrating various functional groups such as manufacturing, engineering and supplier management.
