About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for overall coordination and delivery of common, company-wide medical services
- Supervise clinical staff including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and support staff
- Provide leadership, direction and technical guidance to clinic staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and health standards
- Identify process and services for continuous quality improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience as healthcare provider (Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant);
- Active unencumbered license in either Texas or Arizona
- 1+ years management or leadership experience
