Support the Mechanical/Electrical Ground Support Systems in Everett, WA
Design, develop, and manufacture KC-46 Ground Support Equipment
Provides critical support of fielded hardware throughout the entire product lifecycle
Assists with the development and documentation of mechanical system requirements and GSE design environment
Develops or modifies basic hardware designs based on defined requirements
Evaluates GSE drawings and supplier tests to verify operational and functional requirements
Assists in monitoring suppliers' performance to ensure compliance with requirements
Supports resolution of product integration issues and production anomalies
Researches basic technologies for potential application to company business needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences)
3+ years of experience with preparing and coordinating technical documentation (engineering drawings, specifications, statements of work, technical manuals, etc.)
3+ years of experience in mechanical and structural design using Catia V5
3+ years of experience accurately and productively reviewing, commenting, resolving and approving technical designs and data packages
Experience developing requirements for systems engineering processes
Travel domestically and internationally
