Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage employees performing engineering and technical activities in Production Engineering
  • Develop and execute integrated organizational plans, policies, and procedures
  • Acquire resources for organizational activities and provide technical management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, partners, and direct reports
  • Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes
  • Work with engineering leaders to define the Production Engineering MRO Playbook

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
  • Must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a 'US Person' is required
  • At least one year of experience in a leadership role OR completed Boeing internal course 'Exploring Leadership'
  • 5+ years of experience in Production Engineering and/or Leading a Production Engineering team
  • 1+ years of experience with Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Execution
