Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a trusted advisor to synthesize issues, surface options, and recommend decision-grade actions
Operate with discretion on sensitive matters
Provide oversight of actions related to operations, risk, and portfolio/financial management
Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Facilitate collaboration between various divisions to ensure alignment on priorities and initiatives
Manage the executive director’s cadence (meetings, prep, readouts) and triage incoming requests
Prepare materials for executive meetings, including presentations, reports, and strategic documents
Produce clear, timely business performance updates and executive scorecard updates
Act as a strategic partner: anticipate needs, identify opportunities to scale or simplify work
Monitor budget-to-actuals and recommend course corrections
Coordinate workforce and resourcing requests through intake, prioritization, and approval

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in a Security, Information Technology, or Engineering environment
5+ years of experience managing metrics to drive data driven solutions/decisions
5+ years of experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership
10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work or military experience
5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and strong bias for action
5+ years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
5+ years of experience with program and/or portfolio delivery
5+ years working in the aerospace industry
5+ years of experience in Program Management, Compliance, Risk Management and Finance
5+ years working in complex environments and matrix organizations
