Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with executive leadership to define and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives
Manage financials for the division including developing and maintaining the 5-year long-range business plan, managing monthly opportunities and risks, and supporting funding decisions with data analysis
Develop and maintain monthly performance metrics and dashboards to track portfolio performance (budget vs actual) and inform decision-making
Optimize resource allocation across the division, ensuring that investments are aligned with strategic priorities and deliver maximum value
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed
Proactively identify financial challenges and opportunities, developing innovative solutions to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency
Support organizational change initiatives related to portfolio management, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication throughout the process

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience planning and managing a financial budget
3+ years of experience with business operations and/or business process improvements
3+ years of experience with data analysis and/or data mining
3+ years of experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership
Experience with Microsoft Excel and data Manipulation
