About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage employees performing quality engineering and technical activities
- Develop and execute business plans, policies, procedures, and strategies
- Provide education and coaching on the Quality System
- Acquire and manage resources and lead performance improvements
- Develop and maintain quality processes and systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- 5+ years in root cause analysis and corrective action
- 5+ years applying AS9100
- Experience interfacing with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)
- Experience providing briefings to senior/executive management
- Six sigma education and application (preferred)
