About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Exercise appropriate signature authority in negotiating and contracting for aerospace products
- Present innovative business solutions to preserve and expand operations
- Represent the company in external negotiations
- Prepare, negotiate, execute, interpret, and administer legally binding contractual agreements
- Summarize complex contractual issues and coordinate contractual risk mitigation strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Active U.S. Secret security clearance (preferred)
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Experience with drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts and subcontracts (preferred)
- Interest in supporting proposal development and negotiating government contracts
