About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead one or more critical Information Technology (IT) integration programs from intake through delivery and sustainment
- Translate business problems into clear technical objectives and an incremental roadmap
- Collaborate with architects, data owners, product owners, developers, hardware teams, suppliers, and business SMEs
- Own program and project level schedules, budgets, deliverables and decision logs
- Drive data-focused outcomes and ensure data governance and lineage are addressed
- Oversee and help manage scope, technical direction, schedule performance, and budget baselines
- Lead adoption and change management activities, training plans, communication, and post-incident follow-up
- Mentor and coordinate technical/project managers assigned to cross-functional workstreams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience with Information Technology Project Management
- 5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment
- 5+ years of experience with business operations and/or business process improvements
- 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Project, Primavera, or other project management tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
