About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide subject matter expertise to consult on compensation strategy and design including incentive plans design
- Conduct benchmarking.
- Analyze metrics and consult on incentive design (market comparison, cost commitment, and annual spend)
- Responsible for partnering with other stakeholders to critically evaluate compensation programs to improve business results and recommending plan revisions
- Participate in the design and development of annual incentive plans during Boeing’s annual compensation review
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience with Human Resources and/or Compensation
- 3+ years of experience with incentive and/or special pay program design
- 3+ years of experience developing data analytics methods to solve complex problems
- Possess one or more of the following certifications: World at Work, SHRM, PHR, or SPHR
- 10+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in the development, communication, facilitation, or support of compensation or rewards programs
- 1+ years of experience with the Workday HR Management System
