About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive alignment around key business priorities, people strategies, and HR initiatives across the organization
- Partner closely with HR leadership to translate strategic objectives into clear work streams, actions, and deliverables
- Lead integration across leadership priorities, standard processes, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure progress and follow-through
- Identify emerging issues, risks, and opportunities, and proactively bring forward recommendations and solutions
- Lead or support special projects on behalf of the HR Director and leadership team, often involving senior stakeholders and enterprise partners
- Help architect and manage the operating cadence for the HR leadership team, including leadership meetings, action tracking, staff rhythms, offsites, and executive reviews
- Build rigor and clarity around deliverables, timelines, priorities, and inter-dependencies
- Maintain strategic awareness of organizational priorities and ensure leadership visibility to what matters most
- Create structure in ambiguous environments and bring discipline to fast-moving work
- Develop high-quality executive communications, presentations, talking points, and leadership messaging
- Support the creation of compelling content for senior leaders, including business reviews, updates, strategy presentations, and organizational communications
- Translate complex ideas into clear, concise, visually compelling narratives for executive audiences
- Ensure messaging is aligned, polished, and delivered with precision across the HR team and broader leadership forums
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
- 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
- 5+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans and/or executing strategies and managing projects
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
