Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assess, design, and optimize Human Resources (HR) processes and technology solutions
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand their needs
  • Document comprehensive business and system-level requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience implementing technology within Human Resources
  • 3+ years of experience with Workday Core HCM
  • 3+ years of experience in Employee Data Management, International HR Operations, or a similar field
  • 1+ years of experience communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams and technical experts
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Certification in HR-related fields or methodologies (e.g., SHRM, PHR, SPHR)
