About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assess, design, and optimize Human Resources (HR) processes and technology solutions
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand their needs
- Document comprehensive business and system-level requirements
- Facilitate decision-making, ensuring alignment between business goals and user needs
- Perform system functionality testing and ensure quality standards
- Define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR process improvements
- Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience implementing technology within Human Resources
- 3+ years of experience with Workday Core HCM
- 3+ years of experience in Employee Data Management, International HR Operations, or a similar field
- 1+ years of experience communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams and technical experts
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Certification in HR-related fields or methodologies (e.g., SHRM, PHR, SPHR)
