About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare indirect cost spend reports and support analysis of overhead expense trends
- Track and report new business funds; prepare investment review decks for leadership review
- Produce and maintain order forecasts in collaboration with product line stakeholders to provide visibility into future revenue and earnings forecasts
- Organize and facilitate monthly all-finance team meetings in support of the CFO (agenda setting, materials preparation, follow-ups)
- Lead development of the annual LRBP (Long-Range Business Plan) leadership team briefing package, consolidating inputs and preparing executive-ready deliverables
- Support ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of Excel experience using pivot tables, lookups and creating basic formulas
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience balancing multiple competing priorities and deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field from an accredited course of study
