About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Will make Aircraft Releases as Part 125 AMT on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies
Performing as an Applicant for ODA Recurrent Ticketing activities for the 737 MAX aircraft
Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services, and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations
Provides education, coaching and review of Quality Management System
Develops and maintains relationships, partnerships, and communication with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers, and direct reports
Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance
Manages, develops and motivates employees

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years’ experience in a leadership role leading various teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change
1+ years of experience with the Boeing process for releasing aircraft for flight, maintaining air worthiness in accordance to the policies and procedures
3+ years of Line Maintenance and/or MRO experience
Must have a current FAA Airframe and Power plant (A&P) License and available on request
Must be willing to support a multi-year Expat assignment in Zhoushan, China
Willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime
