Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, document and maintain standardized, efficient, and innovative processes, tools, methodologies, and performance metrics to streamline the software engineering lifecycle and enable continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of safety critical software
  • Automates, develops, monitors, improves, and troubleshoots across software engineering development, tooling, testing, integration, deployment, configuration processes, and security controls
  • Analyzes, plans, and executes mitigation strategies to prevent potential security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities
  • Implements an environment that enables high levels of quality, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization
  • Supports collaboration with cross functional teams to build and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software engineering systems
  • Implements current and emerging technologies, tools, frameworks, and regulations in the software engineering DevSecOps environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to Obtain U.S. Secret (Interim Pre-Start)
  • 5+ years of experience with CI/CD and configuration management within release processes
  • 2+ years of experience developing and managing metrics
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Level 4: Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science and 9+ years of related work experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and 13+ years of directly related work experience OR 17+ years of related, relevant experience
  • Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP)
  • 2+ years of experience working with agile teams and agile software development
  • Cloud Service Provider Official Certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solution Architect, etc.)
  • Secret Security Clearance - Final Post Start & Special Program Access
  • Experience in government or military programs and regulatory/compliance standard familiarity.
