About the role
- Lead the delivery, maintenance and support of the Data & Analytics Architecture and Platform
- Ensure reliability, security, cost-efficiency, and business alignment
- Maintain deep technical knowledge of the platform stack
- Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures
- Execute platform strategy, roadmap, and operating model in partnership with leadership
- Own and maintain the product backlog
- Establish working relationships with vendors and cross teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 8+ years of experience as an Information Technology manager
- 5+ years of experience leading implementation of scalable computing infrastructure for data and AI solutions
- 5+ years of experience with data engineering and data pipelines on cloud platforms
- Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and container orchestration
