About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

lead the support and sustainment of the design practice system across the BGS Engineering division.
collaborate with technical working groups and program Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to execute engineering design practice system deliverables and goals.
lead the deployment of design practices across the BGS Engineering organization by embedding standardized engineering approaches.
manage and maintain design system communication mechanisms.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
3+ years of experience in an engineering discipline. (Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or Process Engineering is preferred.)
3+ years of experience in Project management (scope, schedule, risk, communication, coordination, execution, and control).
3+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions.
