About the role

  • lead the support and sustainment of the design practice system across the BGS Engineering division.
  • collaborate with technical working groups and program Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to execute engineering design practice system deliverables and goals.
  • lead the deployment of design practices across the BGS Engineering organization by embedding standardized engineering approaches.
  • manage and maintain design system communication mechanisms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
  • 3+ years of experience in an engineering discipline. (Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or Process Engineering is preferred.)
  • 3+ years of experience in Project management (scope, schedule, risk, communication, coordination, execution, and control).
  • 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions.
