About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
  • Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.
  • Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
  • Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of total related experience
  • 3+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Strategic Sourcing practices and processes
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Bachelor's Degree – Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field of study (Preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) (Preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer (Preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience working on U.S. Department of Defense contracts (Preferred)
  • Experience in US-Government, FAR-compliant proposals (Preferred)
  • Experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance (Preferred)
  • Experience drafting, negotiating and executing contracts and subcontracts (Preferred)
  • MRO/Services experience (Preferred)
  • "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.
