About the role
- Exercises appropriate signature authority in negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of aerospace products, services, and technologies
- Supports presentation of business solutions to help preserve and grow the business
- Represents the company and supports external negotiations with customers
- Prepares, negotiates, executes, interprets and administers legally binding contractual agreements on behalf of The Boeing Company
- Coordinates and partners with other internal functional disciplines across the business
- Leads development of pricing instructions, funding/expenditure profile, and ensures compliance with company and United States Government (USG) requirements
- Summarizes contractual issues, supports development of creative solutions and coordination of contractual risk mitigation efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 1+ years of experience with proposal development and contract negotiations
- 1+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships
