About the role
- Intake and process security system design requirements from customer programs
- Utilize AutoCAD to design security systems to meet customer requirements
- Incorporate feedback and updates into final AutoCAD designs and issue copies to customers and for data entry into MASterMind and other systems
- Monitor completion of monthly Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI's) completed by the alarm service team
- Respond to service calls and assign tasks to the alarm service team
- Support projects that may require design, material orders, project oversight, and work orders released to the alarm service team
- Maintain soft and hard copies of alarm configuration drawings and design files
- Monitor status of multiple complex projects
- Coordinate with Boeing focals and subcontracted suppliers in support of Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and Classified Access Management Systems (CAMS)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering and design
- 3+ years of experience establishing relationships and maintaining strong on-going communication with customers, suppliers and/or vendors
- 1+ years of experience operating and troubleshooting alarm systems
- 1+ years of experience using AutoCAD
