Serves as the on-floor electrical subject matter expert (SME) providing hands-on coaching, troubleshooting mentorship, and just-in-time guidance.
Observes technicians during electrical system tasks to identify skill gaps, unsafe practices, and opportunities to improve workmanship and first-time quality.
Provides targeted, task-level coaching on fault isolation and testing techniques.
Partners with quality, safety, and engineering teams to ensure compliance with standards.
Captures and shares lessons learned and troubleshooting techniques to reduce repeat defects.
Participates in root cause investigations for recurring electrical issues.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry
5+ years of experience in electrical assembly installation
1+ years of experience in Fiber power meters, Optical time domain reflectometers, and fiber optic cabling
Experience analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources
5+ years of experience with avionics systems troubleshooting, wire bundle installations, and aircraft electrical systems troubleshooting
5+ years of experience troubleshooting fault isolate complex electronics systems
5+ years of experience with wire harness repair
5+ years of experience with electrical/electronic troubleshooting, routing, splicing, connectors, bundle dressing, etc.
5+ years of experience with electrical and/or instrumentation test equipment
