About the role

Lead activities to define requirements, design and verify robust architecture, data and information management systems and components
Identify design constraints and ensure architecture conforms to data security requirements
Incorporate security architecture functions into software development lifecycle
Lead development and configuration management of data architecture views and models
Evaluate products to assess suitability for integration into delivery system environments
Draft data and information management products and service standards
Assess impact of architectural decisions to product lifecycle
Develop architecture and data/information management standards and strategies
Coach and mentor others
Shape data strategy and ensure compliance within the Data Governance team; design and implement robust data architectures to optimize data management and support organizational mission

5+ years of experience in Data Architecture relating specifically to Data platforms and technologies
5+ years of experience designing and implementing security solutions for cloud-based systems, including IAM, network security, data protection, and compliance
5+ years of experience with Information Technology architecture including cloud and data architecture in a large-scale, hybrid cloud and on-prem environment
1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
Current CISSP or any security certifications (preferred)
5+ years of experience with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (preferred)
Experience communicating with all levels of leadership (preferred)
Experience working in a global team (preferred)
Experience with ITAR compliance (preferred)
Must meet export control compliance requirements: a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
