About the role
- Ensure adherence to data compliance agreements and drive compliance initiatives within the Data Governance team
- Lead and perform design, programming, testing, implementation and documentation of highly-complex computing applications and system architectures
- Initiate and lead analysis of end user processes to define application requirements
- Write and compile highly-complex code and/or design application architecture integrating software and delivery subsystems
- Provide support for highly-complex end user issues and complex application architecture
- Lead development of training for application use and identify improvements to system architecture
- Analyze information to determine architecture specifications, software compatibility parameters, and application security needs
- Provide expert technical guidance and leadership to shape data governance strategies and foster accountability
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in new technology or product/capability development
- 10+ years of experience with cybersecurity, information protection, risk management, and/or IT compliance
- 10+ years of experience as a lead within a development team
- Experience with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (preferred)
- Cloud certifications (preferred)
- Experience with cloud technology (preferred)
- Experience working in a global team (preferred)
- Experience communicating with all levels of leadership (preferred)
- Must meet export control compliance requirements; must be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
