About the role
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of systems and tools.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Manages, develops and motivates employees.
- Responsible for implementing and integrating business solutions across BDS systems and tools.
- Manage Supply Chain System Access to include data access security and compliance process.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional environment
- More than 5 years of Supply Chain Experience
- Understanding principles and practices of Access Controls, Data Security & Data Governance
- More than 3 years of experience with Data Analysis & Management
- More than 3 years of experience leading and/or Managing Projects & Teams
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
