About the role
- Manage employees performing quality engineering and technical activities on or in support of programs through all phases of the metrology lifecycle
- Develop quality strategies and plans in support of new business acquisition and execution of program/business plans
- Provide education and coaching on the Quality Management System
- Acquire and manage resources, provides quality technical management and leads performance improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports
- Oversee review of technical information to ensure quality and producibility
- Manage, develop and motivate employees
- Capable of traveling 25% of the time
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience)
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- 3+ years of experience in a calibration laboratory
- 3+ years of experience conducting/leading QMS Audits
- Experience leading teams across multiple geographic locations
- Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
- US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.
