- Design, coordinate, and execute large-scale company events
- Ensure comprehensive security planning and regulatory compliance
- Establish governance, standard operating procedures, playbooks, and program documentation
- Conduct annual program evaluations and scenario planning
- Operate and optimize program cadence to track event schedules and key metrics
- Lead planning and delivery for high-visibility corporate events
- Perform venue assessments and provide feedback on locations
- Coordinate relationships with internal partners and external vendors
- Develop and maintain event-specific security plans
- Lead venue and route risk assessments and threat modeling
- Monitor security posture and compliance with company policies
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale corporate events with complex logistics, multi-stakeholder coordination, and high-profile attendees
- 10+ years of experience managing multiple concurrent programs, prioritizing competing demands, and delivering under tight timelines and dynamic conditions
- 10+ years of experience in event security, corporate security, executive protection, emergency management, or a closely related field
- 10+ years experience collaborating effectively with law enforcement, local authorities, venue security, and internal security teams to coordinate operations and share intelligence
