- Builds relationships with business leaders by providing consultation and guidance to enhance team performance
- Consults with leadership to develop effective and actionable strategies to promote a positive workplace culture
- Drives talent management activities, including talent planning initiatives and workforce planning to support organization stability
- Collaborates with peers, partners and stakeholders to drive alignment and inclusion
- Implements HR strategies and practices, ensuring effective communication and engagement
- Utilizes data and analysis of HR metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement
- Drives strategic HR initiatives with business partners, aligned to functional and organization priorities
- Leads and partners on projects and proactively engages with Centers of Excellence partners to deliver optimal results
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
- 3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing associated projects
- 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
- 3+ years of experience partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leaders
- 3+ years of experience resolving employee relations matters and conducting sensitive or difficult conversations
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience problem-solving and performing data analysis (preferred)
- 5+ years of related work experience (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience resolving employee relations issues (preferred)
