About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Evaluates customer/operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements
- Defines and develops test requirements, test plans, procedures, and schedules
- Performs real-time testing and anomaly resolution
- Leads test execution, data analysis, and preparation of test results
- Interface with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent
- 5+ years of experience with systems engineering
- 1+ years of experience leading or managing an engineering project or team
- Experience with system integration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with an adjudicated CI/FS polygraph
