About the role
- Define BDS enterprise processes and requirements for Manufacturing Digital Transformation, primarily Shop Order Execution
- Participate in backlog grooming and prioritization for team activities to support ongoing agile development and in accordance with committed BDS MOM commitments and implementations
- Coordinate and communicate across teams to address and validate dependencies
- Author development packages and coordinate handoff and development with agile development teams
- Perform testing and validation of software in relation to enterprise processes and requirements
- Coordinate the creation and maintenance of Shop Order Execution training material
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of BDS manufacturing processes, data systems, and metrics
- Minimum 3 years of experience with technical writing and/or process and requirements definition
- Minimum 3 years of experience with continuous improvement
