About the role
- Liaison with US-based functions (e.g. Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), Exec Protection, Security & Fire Protection (S&FP Ops), and BDS) and business unit/partner focals (e.g. Exec Flight Ops, Boeing Health Services, Customer Relations, Field Service Representatives, BDS, Boeing Commercial (BCA) and Boeing Global Services (BGS))
- Coordinate crisis management working group activities for events outside the US, maintain associated documentation and coordinate related testing/exercises
- Support (BDS) activities in non-US locations including operational demonstrations and sales campaigns
- Maintain and review documentation and command media associated with RAA e.g. situational awareness updates, crisis standards and SOPs
- Conduct governance activities in line with the Global Security management system
- Act as a training focal for designated subject areas
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience obtained from a variety of security and fire protection roles
- Experience managing multiple tasks while functioning in a fast-paced environment
- Experience training others in security activities
- Experience using common IT programs and can demonstrate technical proficiency
- Experience briefing senior leaders on security related matters
- Ability and willingness to work across time zones
