About the role
- Lead a large, multi-level property management organization
- Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies, procedures, and strategies
- Provide subject-matter oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, processes, and supplier technical management
- Acquire and deploy resources for departmental activities
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with internal customers, Boeing stakeholders, suppliers, and government/industry customers
- Manage, coach, develop, and motivate staff at multiple levels
- Oversee property accounting, physical inventories, reporting, disposal, and transfer processes
Requirements
- 10+ years of management experience
- 10+ years demonstrated experience of team building, developing, and motivating employees
- 10+ years of building stakeholder and customer relationships
- Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
- Experience interfacing and dealing directly with government customers
- Experience using lean principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred)
