About the role

  • Lead a large, multi-level property management organization
  • Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies, procedures, and strategies
  • Provide subject-matter oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, processes, and supplier technical management
  • Acquire and deploy resources for departmental activities
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with internal customers, Boeing stakeholders, suppliers, and government/industry customers
  • Manage, coach, develop, and motivate staff at multiple levels
  • Oversee property accounting, physical inventories, reporting, disposal, and transfer processes

Requirements

  • 10+ years of management experience
  • 10+ years demonstrated experience of team building, developing, and motivating employees
  • 10+ years of building stakeholder and customer relationships
  • Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
  • Experience interfacing and dealing directly with government customers
  • Experience using lean principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred)
