Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a large, multi-level property management organization
Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies, procedures, and strategies
Provide subject-matter oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, processes, and supplier technical management
Acquire and deploy resources for departmental activities
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with internal customers, Boeing stakeholders, suppliers, and government/industry customers
Manage, coach, develop, and motivate staff at multiple levels
Oversee property accounting, physical inventories, reporting, disposal, and transfer processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of management experience
10+ years demonstrated experience of team building, developing, and motivating employees
10+ years of building stakeholder and customer relationships
Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
Experience interfacing and dealing directly with government customers
Experience using lean principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred)
