Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in defense, aerospace, or government services, Business Development, Capture Management, Strategy, Program Management
  • Experience performing strategy related work (e.g. market or competitive research and analysis, strategy development, facilitating strategic decisions)
  • Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
  • Experience working with multiple internal or external stakeholders (i.e. business partner, customer, Finance, etc.) in planning and executing projects
  • Ability to travel to support business and team requirements (approximately 40%)
