Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to support an executive director with multiple areas of responsibility
Serve as a trusted advisor
Operate with discretion on sensitive matters
Provide oversight of actions related to operations, risk, and portfolio/financial management
Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Coordinate across the CIO’s leadership team
Provide coaching and direction to the Executive Director Chiefs of Staff
Build and maintain operational rhythms
Prepare materials for executive meetings
Produce clear, timely business performance updates and executive scorecards
Maintain dashboards and executive metrics
Translate complex data into concise, actionable narratives
Act as a strategic partner
Manage stakeholder relationships
Support development and vetting of multi-year business cases
Monitor budget-to-actuals
Coordinate workforce and resourcing requests
Prepare executive communications
Facilitate regional leadership meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in an Information Technology, Digital, or Aerospace environment
5+ years of experience with program and/or portfolio delivery
5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions and/or programs
5+ years of experience managing metrics to drive data driven solutions/decisions
5+ years of experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
