About the role
- Support the execution of offset programs by managing budgets, tracking risks and opportunities, and providing regular updates to leadership
- Develop project management framework to execute numerous offset projects within contractual requirements and support sales and campaigns strategies
- Interface with defense and commercial customers and beneficiaries to understand and meet their needs and priorities to ensure smooth execution of programs
- Act as an internal customer advocate and the interface between the customer and internal organizations to ensure responsiveness in fulfilling customer requests
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders like supply chain, contracts and finance, aircraft program, etc. to drive performance of the offset programs
- Interact with Boeing’s global Tier-1s and Offset Partners to execute current program commitments and develop future collaboration pipeline
- Support offset proposal development including project design and financial estimates in response to customer requests
- Ability to quantify local offset investment and work closely with programs for financial reporting and support
- Demonstrated ability to align business strategy with evolving government priorities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in leading or implementing strategic initiatives in a cross-functional environment
- Solid business acumen, teamwork, and excellent stakeholder communication and empathy
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with executives or senior leaders
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience facilitating internal and external customer interfaces and requirements
- 5+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
