About the role

  • Development of complex estimates and prices from complex technical requirements through the design, build and support stages of the program
  • Development and application of pricing strategies using innovative computational techniques
  • Create business proposals, evaluates and makes recommendations based on complex requests for proposal and substantiates estimates and pricing
  • Development of complex estimating and pricing methods
  • Develop and maintain complex estimating and pricing models
  • Perform complex analyses and provides recommendations in support of pricing and estimating (risk, financial, competitive, etc.)
  • Development/application/maintenance of unique and non-unique rates and factors for estimating

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts or Procurement
  • 3+ years experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
  • Experience with Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) requirements/U.S. Government contracts
