Development of complex estimates and prices from complex technical requirements through the design, build and support stages of the program
Development and application of pricing strategies using innovative computational techniques
Create business proposals, evaluates and makes recommendations based on complex requests for proposal and substantiates estimates and pricing
Development of complex estimating and pricing methods
Develop and maintain complex estimating and pricing models
Perform complex analyses and provides recommendations in support of pricing and estimating (risk, financial, competitive, etc.)
Development/application/maintenance of unique and non-unique rates and factors for estimating

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or higher degree
3+ years of experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts or Procurement
3+ years experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
Experience with Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) requirements/U.S. Government contracts
