About the role

  • Participate in research and analysis to identify potential or investigate reported production aircraft hazards, risks, and safety concerns such as Supplier Notice of Escapement (NOEs), Non-Conformance Report (NCR), Line stock checks and aircraft incident/damage report.
  • Supports identifying safety and mission assurance issues systemic root causes and recommends corrective actions using industry best practices.
  • Contributes by documenting safety analysis, hazard mitigation, validation and verification activities in compliance with relevant customer and regulatory safety standards.
  • Supports creating and maintaining safety and corrective action plans.

Requirements

  • Level 3: 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Level 4: 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
  • The ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
