About the role

  • Position oversees analyzing change impacts, prioritizing resources to focus on critical changes
  • Catalog and track actions to mitigate change impacts, develop training content to equip impacted sites
  • Facilitate necessary documentation (Command Media) updates to correspond with the introduction of a new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
  • Design end‑to‑end business processes that integrate supply chain systems
  • Support test plans, support SIT, UAT, and ensure training material support future state processes
  • Contribute to cut-over planning, go‑live readiness, training materials, and post go‑live stabilization activities
  • Apply SAP Activate methodology and Agile principles to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain or Procurement practices & processes
  • 5+ years of experience of leading a cross functional team
  • Experience in Integrated Systems Thinking, Process Improvement Methods, and/or Analytical Skills
  • Experience with organizational change management best practices
  • 10+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain or Procurement practices & processes (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP systems, and related Supply Chain system products (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience with training development (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience with SAP (preferred)
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with Supply Chain customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners (preferred)
  • Experience with performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design (preferred)
  • Experience working with the digital product lifecycle management environments (development, deployment, modification and support) (preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferred)
