Position oversees analyzing change impacts, prioritizing resources to focus on critical changes
Catalog and track actions to mitigate change impacts, develop training content to equip impacted sites
Facilitate necessary documentation (Command Media) updates to correspond with the introduction of a new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
Design end‑to‑end business processes that integrate supply chain systems
Support test plans, support SIT, UAT, and ensure training material support future state processes
Contribute to cut-over planning, go‑live readiness, training materials, and post go‑live stabilization activities
Apply SAP Activate methodology and Agile principles to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement

Requirements

5+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain or Procurement practices & processes
5+ years of experience of leading a cross functional team
Experience in Integrated Systems Thinking, Process Improvement Methods, and/or Analytical Skills
Experience with organizational change management best practices
10+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain or Procurement practices & processes (preferred)
5+ years of experience in ERP systems, and related Supply Chain system products (preferred)
5+ years of experience with training development (preferred)
5+ years of experience with SAP (preferred)
Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with Supply Chain customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners (preferred)
Experience with performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design (preferred)
Experience working with the digital product lifecycle management environments (development, deployment, modification and support) (preferred)
Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferred)
