About the role
- Provide Industrial Engineering and Lean deployment functional excellence within Boeing’s supply chain
- Lead initiatives aimed at supporting on-time delivery, enhancing quality, and driving cost improvements
- Collaborate with Boeing stakeholders and supplier leadership to plan and implement improvement projects
Requirements
- Associate (Level 2), Mid-Level (Level 3), Senior (Level 4) Education
- 5+ years of experience working in a supply chain or manufacturing environment
- Strong expertise in capacity planning, inventory management, demand forecasting, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles.
- 7+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Proven experience in project management, including leading cross-functional teams to achieve supply chain objectives
