Lead a team of project managers and data analysts driving program delivery, workforce and financial alignment
Oversee budgeting, cost-to-complete forecasting, and financial reporting for projects
Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for program delivery and governance
Own development and delivery of analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and analytics capabilities

Requirements

5+ years of experience with program management, project management and/or business operations
5+ years of experience in managing a team or as a technical lead
5+ years of experience in managing a portfolio of projects
5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
Bachelor's degree or higher
Project management certification(s) (e.g., PMP, PgMP)
